Elise!! Just revisited this post and nodded my head in agreement the whole time. I think this is true of EVERYTHING. Like, just practicing being a human with other humans. I find so much inspiration in both theory and application in your newsletter, and I am so grateful for it!
Stephanie! I was away while you posted this and just wanted to come back and say I AM SO GLAD this is landing for you! So much of it is just about our feelings, and how often we're able to practice them. It's true at work and in our families and relationships AND community with other strangers.
