Loving the idea of posting a one-word or one-phrase feeling on a post-it or in a zoom chat. Gonna look for opportunity to incorporate that into a meeting this year.
Totally. Also nice when used as a reflective bookended prompt; asking for a word in the beginning of the gathering and then again at the end. Even if the word doesn't change, it's an easy prompt for self-reflection!
OOOF after just coming out of an experience of large group processing, I so appreciate this writing. It’s given me some options for how I might hold group feelings in my own facilitation. Especially love naming what can and can’t be held in a space. What a responsible practice. Thank you for this one! 🙏🏾
💜💜 Oh boy, I feel you. Hope you are taking care after that experience. The dream would be if we all created more and more spaces to have our feelings held so it doesn’t have to be on any one space alone!
Hello! I'm new to this newsletter and it does, indeed, feel like a group hug! So warm and grounding. Thank you! I look forward to reading more and being in community with you and others puzzling our way through creating spaces and processes for connection, reflection and action.
